From Main Road Kyalami (R55) turn at Engen garage into Dytchley Road. First left into Forssman Drive, next left into River Road. We are at the bottom of the cul de sac on the right.

The property is fully fenced with electrification. We have high-beam security lighting from dusk until dawn. There are cameras in high-traffic areas and security beams on the southern boundary. Each roller door has bolts for tenants to secure with their own padlocks. Access Road (Forssman Dr) is closed off and locked between the hours of 18:00 to 06:00 with a security guard in attendance. The property is monitored by ADT Security.
