Our facility has access control, therefore no unauthorized persons will be on site. The perimeter fence is alarmed and electrified and connected to a reliable security company. The property has high beam security lighting from dusk until dawn.
You do need to provide your own padlock and a key to ensure that only you have access to the unit.
We do not insure the goods in your unit. You will need to speak to your insurance company about insuring the goods while they are in storage.
The storage complex is open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are not open on Sundays and public holidays.
We do not allow perishable goods or hazardous material such as petroleum products, or any items that would be excluded from a general insurance risk cover. Illegal substances will obviously not be allowed.
